I’ve had similar successes with Urban Hibachi during lunch, with the exception that they’re inevitably packed. I’ve always been able too find a table with friend around noon, but there’s rarely more than three tables open then.

I agree with you that the food is good, well priced, and comes with good service — which means the wait staff is constantly in motion.

ordering from Joe’s was an expensive mistake, they charge way too much money for horrible food and when you call you can tell they don’t care

I tried the chocolate brownie fudge and absolutely hated it. The taste is awful and the fudge was a big chunck difficult to bite. It’s just milk “shake” with a topping. For less than a dollar I can make my own and better. Don’t waste your money

Food is very mediocre. They also charge a fee to use a credit card, which is a violation of their merchant agreement and Florida law.

I love that place. You know how burgers in ads for McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Burger King, etc. always look amazing but when you actually get one it looks like someone stepped on them? Fuddruckers burgers look awesome in real life.

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We ordered pizza this evening, and not only did it take over an hour, when it arrived our pizza was COLD, our fried mozz was COLD and the only thing that was of any worth was the salad. I called to complain and the manager said he would send another pizza right out and they would pick up the cold pizza. Over 45 mins later and we still had NO replacement pizza. After waiting 45 minutes, I called again and told them to forget it and just credit my card. He then informed me someone would be by to pick up the cold pizza and then he would credit my account. It was over 45 mins for a replacement pizza that never came, but when it came time to pick up the cold food someone was at our door within 5 mins. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience. If you were to check our history, you would see we have ordered from you often. Here it is 10pm and we still have not had dinner and we started this process at 7:41. I was so disappointed, I will no longer be recommending you to anyone.

Ordered from Joe’s to our hotel room in Orlando. It took two hours for it to arrive. The “Large” pizza was the size of a small and it was awful. Don’t waste your time or money on this pizza! Oh … and it was $26.00 !!!

this is not true brick and fire is one of the best pizza and pasta parlors in Orlando. expectational service and amazing food. their cooks really know how to put on show and cook extremely well. if you haven’t eaten at brick and fire you need to. located so close to downtown and extremely fast service makes brick and fire the place to be
